IMPORTED MACHINERY

Our shoes are assembled on a DVP German automatic machine to ensure a high strength bond between soles and uppers with out nails or stitches. This gives our shoes a very high resistance to wear and tear as well as oil and chemicals. The process is applied to Natural and Nitrile Rubber soles. Our feather light Polyurethane soles are manufactured on a sophisticated German machine.

QUALITY MATERIAL 

Our high quality leather is sourced from Gujarat Leather Industries Limited , one of India’s leading leather units. We have a captive rubber mixing plant for our requirement for natural and Nitrile rubber , thus ensuring standard quality.

TESTED IN UK

Our shoes are made for exacting Indian and International standards. We test our shoes in-house. Moreover , they are also tested by internationally approved Satra laboratories of the UK . Our oil and chemical resistant rubber soles are tested by Shriram test house and adhesion testing is approved by Central Leather Institute Madras and FDDI ,Noida . Our electrical shoes are are tested for 15 kv , and even can be used safely upto 42 KV.

Our shoes are designed by FDDI, Noida as well as our in-house design team.With our experience of 25 years , we can design safety shoes for practically any industrial need.
