• WON’T SHATTER
  Under ANSI-Z-87-1968 drop test, a 70 gm steel ball is used to test the impact strength of a lens .A 170 gm. Steel  ball was substituted , when PCHC lens was tested ….the results were amazing . !70 gms. Steel ball was dropped 50 inches on to the lens which was on a flat steel stand . The PCHC lens withstood this jolt without shattering or even cracking .

• EMPLOYEE COMFORT         
  The PCHC lens is just about 2/3^rd lighter than the tampered toughened safety lens . Now no longer will the employees complain about uncomfortable bridge pressure, due to extra heavy lens material . And more importantly they will be more likely to wear them without interruption (super light).

• OPTICALLY CORRECT
  Zero power , Crystal clear.

• SCRATCH PROOF
  The PCHC lens has a special hard coating , that can’t be barred by lens tissues  and wipes on the lens without visible scratching .

• PRESCRIPTION LENS
  We can make prescription lenses as per prescribed number or can conduct eye check-up program at your plant. We suggest to use SP-1, which fits over any  personal spectacle.
